Growing up as one of 6 siblings and as the daughter of a Major League Baseball player, Amberley developed a competitive nature very early on. At 7 years old, following her father’s retirement from baseball, her family moved to Utah where Amberley would have her lifelong wish of owning a horse fulfilled. In 1998, Amberley’s parents bought her a barrel racing horse that would be the catalyst for Amberley winning numerous awards, and garnering national attention as a competitor in high school.
In 2010 while on her way to the Denver Stock Show and Rodeo, Amberley was involved in a horrific auto accident that would leave her paralyzed from the waist down. Remarkably, Amberley did not let this setback discourage her from pursuing her goals, and has gone on to successfully compete in rodeos, graduate college, and pursue a Master’s degree. Amberley’s story is truly inspirational and is sure to leave your attendees awestruck. Lyon Air Museum would love to host Ms. Snyder at our Orange County corporate event venue.
